Does this comply with Airbnb’s terms of service?
Yes. Airbnb’s policy explicitly permits optional apps that facilitate a guest’s stay — concierge apps are their own example. You share your guest guide link through Airbnb messages, SMS, email, or a QR code, the same way you share arrival info today.
Will my guests know it’s AI — and is that a problem?
Yes. Guests see a clearly identified assistant in their guest guide. It answers from your property information and leaves sensitive or unconfirmed questions for you. It does not impersonate you in Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com message threads.
Does it message guests on Airbnb or reply as me?
No. CohostAI answers questions 24/7 on your guest page. The current Hospitable Connect integration cannot read Airbnb messages, receive inbound message events or send conversational replies; it supports template delivery only. Share the guide link with guests so they can ask questions there.
Can I edit or customize what the AI says?
