What we get asked.
- Do you replace my guest-messaging tool?
- No. We’re upstream of it. Tools like Besty, Prohost, and Hostbuddy reactively answer inbound questions; we proactively send the answer before the guest thinks to ask. Most of our customers run both.
- How long does setup actually take for 30 listings?
- Under an hour, end-to-end. About 5 minutes to upload your spreadsheet, 10 minutes for drafts to populate, then 30–45 minutes reviewing the ones in your busiest markets. You’re in control the whole way — and a founder is on hand to set the first batch up with you.
- I don’t have a clean spreadsheet — can I use my PMS export?
- Yes. Export your listings from Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, OwnerRez, or any PMS to CSV and upload that — we only need property name, address, and city, and we’ll map the columns for you. No PMS integration or API connection is required; the export is a one-time file, not a live sync.
- How do guests get the guide?
- Whichever channel you already use. Each guide is a private link plus a QR code — drop it into your Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com message, your check-in email or SMS, or print the QR in the unit. Nothing for the guest to download, and no login or app.
- Can guests see my brand instead of yours?
- Yes. Custom logo and colors on every paid plan; custom domain available. The standard configuration has zero CohostAI branding visible to guests.
- Who owns the data, and what do you do with it?
- You do. Your listing data and your guides are yours — export or delete them at any time. We don’t sell data or require guests to create an account, and guests open a guide without handing over personal details. The spreadsheet you upload is only used to build your guides.
