Phillip McDougal Trail
A paved 1.75-mile loop inside Spring Lake Park that winds around a spring-fed lake past playgrounds, exercise stations, fishing piers, a dog park, and a disc golf course. The wide, smooth asphalt surface makes it the most accessible trail in Texarkana for strollers, wheelchairs, and casual joggers, and the park's 145 acres of open space feel surprisingly wild for a city park.
