Dudhsagar Falls Trek
Goa's most spectacular trek leads through the evergreen forest of Mollem National Park along an old railway line to the four-tiered Dudhsagar waterfall — over 300 meters of 'sea of milk' cascade in a valley of giant ficus trees and hanging moss. The 21-kilometer round trip is the hardest day-walk in Goa and genuinely earns the view at the end.
Goa Coastline Trail - Baga Beach to Chapora Fort
A coastal walk of roughly 9 kilometers from Baga Beach north through Anjuna, Little Vagator, and up to the Chapora Fort headland, following the rocky shoreline, red-cliff sections, and beach paths that connect Goa's most iconic northern beaches. The trail does not require any equipment and rewards with views that the roads running parallel never provide.

Anjuna Wednesday Flea Market
Goa's original open-air market on the south end of Anjuna Beach, running weekly through the tourist season with hundreds of vendors selling Rajasthani silver, Kashmiri carpets, Tibetan crafts, handmade soaps, and spice packets alongside live music from the stage near the sea wall. The market is a genuinely chaotic and enjoyable way to spend a Wednesday morning without any agenda.
Ingo's Saturday Night Market
A large open-air Saturday night market in Arpora, running from early evening until late, combining food stalls from across India and the world with handicraft vendors, fire performers, live music stages, and a general carnival atmosphere that represents Goa's tourist economy at its most celebratory. It is entirely outdoor, entirely walkable, and correctly described as a night out rather than a shopping trip.

Basilica of Bom Jesus
A UNESCO World Heritage baroque church completed in 1605, housing the preserved remains of St. Francis Xavier in a gilded mausoleum on the south wall. The interior is as ornate as anything in Iberia, with a towering altarpiece of gilded wood and the smell of incense that has soaked into the stone for four centuries.
Se Cathedral
One of the largest churches in Asia, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century on the ruins of a mosque and dedicated to St. Catherine of Alexandria. The exterior is austere Tuscan, the interior is enormous and cool, and the bell tower still holds the legendary Golden Bell, whose toll once carried across the river to Panaji.
