CohostAI solves a core problem for vacation rental hosts: guests ask the same questions — "what's the WiFi password?", "where do we park?", "where should we eat?" — often late at night, and the answers are already written down somewhere. Instead of a binder or a static guidebook, hosts get an AI cohost grounded in their own property knowledge, with a guest guide included.

Hosts stay in control: the cohost answers only from what the host has set (no made-up details), reply modes range from instant answers to review-everything-first, and CohostAI never messages guests on a booking channel on the host's behalf. Direct channel sending (via Hospitable and similar integrations) is coming after integration approval.
